The Alafia Crossing News
Tampa, FL., July 6, 2007 New hotel coming to East Tampa American Hotel Development Partners LLC is developing a Holiday Inn hotel in Tampa. The hotel will be part of a Alafia Crossing, a mixed-use development near the Crosstown Expressway, Interstate 4, U.S. 301 and U.S. 41. It will include more than 60,000 square feet of mixed retail and office space in addition to 350 luxury residences and the 150-room hotel. Groundbreaking for the hotel is set for mid-summer 2007. Alafia Crossing has more than 1,200 feet of waterfront and a 3,000-foot frontage on a national wildlife conservation area. American Hotel Development Partners is headquartered in Sarasota and is focused on the extended-stay hotel sector. |
